Work Exchange

We welcome bilingual (English/Spanish) work-exchangers who can stay with us for 3 months or more and become part of the team. We offer beautiful jungle accommodations and 2 meals a day in exchange for 25 hours/week of support for the project. The program runs yearround.

Our work-exchangers assist us with translation, guest relations, preparing cabins, and general farm maintenance. Work-exchangers are also welcome to initiate their own projects based on the unique skills they bring. Get in touch to begin a conversation!
